Mark began his career in Real Estate with Arvida Realty Services in Weston, Florida, after 12 years working in Corporate America in Executive Management in Sales. In 2002, Arvida was acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and Mark remained with this #1 real estate company in the world, ever since. Mark was able to take his best practices and transferrable skills from other industries and incorporate it in his top producing sales tenure. Throughout his real estate career, Mark acquired many designations, accreditations and company positions. Mark has flourished as a leader by advocating core values and methodologies to instill success in those he leads. He places a tremendous emphasis on training, mentoring, coaching and above all else, leading!

With a combined 25-year career in Real Estate Sales and Insurance Consulting, and as a past US Army Officer, I bring a wealth of experience and skills, particularly in working with the military, as a 30-year member of USAA. Currently, I serve as the Assistant Branch Manager, and my designations include GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), and AHWD (At Home With Diversity). My vision is to ensure that my clients are fully satisfied with their real estate transactions and will "Experience the Difference" when working with me. I proudly support local charitable organizations through my participation in the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES foundation, which has donated over $3.5 million to various non-profit organizations in Florida since 2001
